Back in high school there was a girl a couple of grades below me that I thought was cute. Her name was Carlin. Well, when I was in high school I took every single art class there was including four levels of photography. One of my photography teachers joked with me and asked if there was a pretty girl I had yet to take photos of left in the school. Well I know of at least one - Carlin. I had actually asked her and she agreed, but for whatever reason we never got around to doing it.

It only took 13 years, but I finally got Carlin in front of my camera. Of course I wasn't doing foot photos back then (well, I did find a way to sneak in photos that I "needed" of most of the girls' feet), but we did both artistic shots and the photos for Soles of Silk all these years later. They say good things come to those who wait. Well, I got great things as Carlin was amazing and I hope to see her in front of my camera a lot!
